1. Uvjeti korištenja
1.1. Pružatelj usluge
Web aplikaciju Schematik (dalje: „Usluga“) pruža , , OIB: , e-mail: (dalje: „mi“). Web: infinitech.hr · vrsho.com.
1.2. Opis usluge
Schematik je online alat za crtanje shema strojarskih instalacija (grijanje, voda, ventilacija) i elektroinstalacija. Omogućuje crtanje, spremanje i dijeljenje shema, izvoz u SVG/PNG/JSON i, ako je uključeno za korisnika, AI asistenta za generiranje i provjeru shema.
1.3. Prihvaćanje uvjeta
Korištenjem Usluge i registracijom računa prihvaćaš ove Uvjete i Politiku privatnosti. Ako se s njima ne slažeš, nemoj koristiti Uslugu. Za registraciju računa osobe mlađe od 16 godina trebaju suglasnost roditelja ili skrbnika (vidi 2.6.).
1.4. Korisnički račun
Za spremanje i dijeljenje projekata potreban je račun (ime, prezime, e-mail, lozinka). Podaci moraju biti točni.
Odgovoran si za čuvanje lozinke i za sve aktivnosti pod svojim računom. Lozinku pohranjujemo isključivo kao kriptografski hash.
Račun i sve projekte možeš u svakom trenutku sam obrisati na stranici Moj profil.
1.5. Tvoj sadržaj
Sheme, nazivi, tekstovi i ostali sadržaj koji stvoriš ostaju tvoje vlasništvo. Daješ nam neisključivu licencu da taj sadržaj pohranjujemo, obrađujemo i prikazujemo isključivo radi pružanja Usluge (uključujući prikaz drugima kada sam omogućiš javno dijeljenje linkom). Ne koristimo tvoje sheme za treniranje modela niti ih prodajemo.
1.6. Dijeljenje linkom
Ako uključiš „Javno dostupno preko linka“, svatko tko zna link može pregledati shemu bez prijave. Sam odlučuješ komu šalješ link i možeš dijeljenje bilo kada isključiti.
1.7. Dopušteno korištenje
Zabranjeno je: neovlašten pristup tuđim računima ili podacima, ometanje rada Usluge, automatizirano masovno preuzimanje, unošenje zlonamjernog koda te korištenje Usluge protivno propisima. Zadržavamo pravo ukloniti sadržaj ili ograničiti račun koji krši ove Uvjete.
1.8. Naša prava intelektualnog vlasništva
Softver, dizajn, biblioteka simbola i naziv Schematik naše su vlasništvo odnosno vlasništvo naših davatelja licenci. Simbole smiješ koristiti unutar vlastitih shema izrađenih Uslugom; nije dopušteno izdvajati biblioteku simbola ili kod radi distribucije ili konkurentske usluge.
1.9. AI asistent i stručna odgovornost
AI asistent (temeljen na modelu Google Gemini) generira prijedloge sheme na temelju tvog opisa. Rezultati mogu biti netočni ili nepotpuni. Schematik je pomoćni alat za crtanje – ne zamjenjuje projektanta, ovlaštenog inženjera ni provjeru prema važećim normama i propisima. Za ispravnost, sigurnost i usklađenost projekta odgovoran je korisnik odnosno ovlaštena stručna osoba.
1.10. Dostupnost i isključenje jamstva
Usluga se pruža „kakva jest“ i „kako je dostupna“. Nastojimo osigurati neprekidan rad, ali ne jamčimo dostupnost, nepostojanje grešaka ni trajnu pohranu podataka. Preporučujemo redovit izvoz važnih shema (Izvoz → JSON).
1.11. Ograničenje odgovornosti
U mjeri dopuštenoj zakonom ne odgovaramo za neizravnu štetu, izgubljenu dobit ili gubitak podataka nastao korištenjem ili nemogućnošću korištenja Usluge. Ništa u ovim Uvjetima ne isključuje odgovornost koja se po prisilnim propisima ne može isključiti, uključujući prava potrošača.
1.12. Promjene i prestanak
Uslugu i ove Uvjete možemo mijenjati; o bitnim promjenama obavijestit ćemo te u aplikaciji ili e-mailom. Nastavak korištenja nakon promjene znači prihvaćanje. Možeš prestati koristiti Uslugu i obrisati račun u bilo kojem trenutku.
1.13. Mjerodavno pravo
Primjenjuje se pravo Republike Hrvatske. Za sporove je nadležan stvarno nadležni sud u Republici Hrvatskoj, a potrošači zadržavaju zaštitu prisilnih propisa države svog prebivališta. Potrošači mogu koristiti i platformu EU za online rješavanje sporova: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Ne obrađujemo posebne kategorije podataka, ne profiliramo korisnike i ne donosimo automatizirane odluke s pravnim učinkom. Molimo da u sheme, napomene i AI zahtjeve ne unosiš osobne podatke trećih osoba (npr. imena i adrese investitora) ako to nije nužno.
2.3. Primatelji i prijenos u treće zemlje
Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. (Gemini API) – samo kada koristiš AI asistenta; tvoj zahtjev i sadržaj sheme šalju se s našeg poslužitelja Googleu radi generiranja odgovora. Google može obrađivati podatke izvan EU-a (SAD); prijenos se temelji na Okviru EU–SAD za privatnost podataka odnosno standardnim ugovornim klauzulama Europske komisije. Prema uvjetima Gemini API-ja za plaćene usluge Google ne koristi te podatke za treniranje svojih modela. Više: ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms.

Podatke ne prodajemo i ne koristimo za oglašavanje. Ne koristimo analitičke ni marketinške alate trećih strana.
2.4. Sigurnost
Komunikacija je šifrirana (HTTPS/TLS), lozinke se pohranjuju kao hash (bcrypt/Argon), kolačić sesije označen je HttpOnly, Secure i SameSite, a pristup bazi ograničen je na aplikaciju. API ključ za AI nikada ne napušta poslužitelj.
2.5. Tvoja prava
Pristup i prenosivost – svoje podatke vidiš na stranici Moj profil; svaku shemu možeš izvesti u strojno čitljivom JSON formatu (Izvoz → JSON).
Ispravak – ime, prezime i e-mail mijenjaš sam na stranici Moj profil.
Brisanje („pravo na zaborav“) – račun i sve projekte brišeš sam (Moj profil → Brisanje računa) ili na zahtjev e-mailom; brisanje je trenutačno, a iz sigurnosnih kopija podaci nestaju najkasnije u roku 30 dana.
Ograničenje obrade i prigovor – na obradu temeljenu na legitimnom interesu možeš uložiti prigovor.
Pritužba nadzornom tijelu – Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, ili nadzorno tijelo države članice EU u kojoj živiš.
Zahtjeve šalji na . Odgovaramo bez odgode, najkasnije u roku od mjesec dana.
2.6. Maloljetni korisnici
Schematik je prikladan i za učenike i studente. Crtanje i izvoz shema u anonimnom načinu dostupni su svima bez registracije i bez prikupljanja osobnih podataka. Za otvaranje korisničkog računa osobe mlađe od 16 godina trebaju suglasnost roditelja ili skrbnika (čl. 8. GDPR-a); registracijom potvrđuješ da imaš 16 ili više godina ili da takvu suglasnost imaš. Roditelj ili skrbnik može u svakom trenutku zatražiti uvid u podatke ili brisanje računa djeteta putem kontakt forme.
2.7. Promjene politike
Politiku možemo ažurirati; važeća verzija s datumom uvijek je objavljena na ovoj stranici.
3. Kolačići i lokalna pohrana
Koristimo isključivo nužne kolačiće i lokalnu pohranu preglednika, za koje prema čl. 5. st. 3. Direktive o e-privatnosti i Zakonu o elektroničkim komunikacijama nije potrebna privola. Zato pri prvom posjetu prikazujemo samo informativnu obavijest. Ne koristimo analitičke, marketinške ni kolačiće trećih strana.

1. Terms of Use
1.1. Provider

1.2. Description
Schematik is an online tool for drawing schematics of mechanical building services (heating, plumbing, ventilation) and electrical installations. It lets you draw, save and share schematics, export them as SVG/PNG/JSON and, where enabled for your account, use an AI assistant to generate and check schematics.
1.3. Acceptance
By using the Service and registering an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. To register an account, persons under 16 need the consent of a parent or guardian (see 2.6).
1.4. Account
Saving and sharing projects requires an account (first name, last name, e-mail, password). The information must be accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes.
You can delete your account and all projects yourself at any time on the My profile page.
1.5. Your content
Schematiks, names, texts and other content you create remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that content solely to provide the Service (including showing it to others when you enable public sharing by link). We do not use your schematics to train models and we do not sell them.
1.6. Sharing by link
If you enable "Publicly accessible via link", anyone who knows the link can view the schematic without signing in. You decide whom you send the link to and can disable sharing at any time.
1.7. Acceptable use
The following is prohibited: unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data, interfering with the Service, automated bulk downloading, uploading malicious code, and any use contrary to applicable law. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
1.8. Our intellectual property
The software, design, symbol library and the Schematik name are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the symbols within your own schematics created with the Service; extracting the symbol library or code for distribution or a competing service is not permitted.
1.9. AI assistant and professional responsibility
The AI assistant (based on the Google Gemini model) generates schematic suggestions from your description. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete. Schematik is a drawing aid – it does not replace a designer, a licensed engineer or verification against applicable standards and regulations. The user or the responsible qualified professional remains responsible for the correctness, safety and compliance of the design.
1.10. Availability and disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee availability, absence of errors or permanent storage of data. We recommend exporting important schematics regularly (Export → JSON).
1.11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including consumer rights.
1.12. Changes and termination
We may change the Service and these Terms; we will notify you of material changes in the application or by e-mail. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
1.13. Governing law
The law of the Republic of Croatia applies. The competent court in the Republic of Croatia has jurisdiction; consumers retain the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We do not process special categories of data, do not profile users and do not make automated decisions with legal effect. Please do not enter third parties' personal data (e.g. client names and addresses) in schematics, notes or AI requests unless necessary.
2.3. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. (Gemini API) – only when you use the AI assistant; your request and schematic content are sent from our server to Google to generate a response. Google may process data outside the EU (USA); transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Under the Gemini API paid-services terms Google does not use this data to train its models. More: ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms.
People you share a link with – they see the content of the publicly shared schematic.
Public authorities where required by law.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising. We use no third-party analytics or marketing tools.
2.4. Security
Communication is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), passwords are stored as hashes (bcrypt/Argon), the session cookie is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite, and database access is restricted to the application. The AI API key never leaves the server.
2.5. Your rights
Access and portability – your data is visible on the My profile page; every schematic can be exported in machine-readable JSON (Export → JSON).
Rectification – change your name and e-mail yourself on My profile.
Erasure ("right to be forgotten") – delete your account and all projects yourself (My profile → Delete account) or by e-mail request; deletion is immediate and data disappears from backups within 30 days at the latest.
Restriction and objection – you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Complaint to a supervisory authority – Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or the supervisory authority of the EU member state where you live.

2.6. Minors
Schematik is suitable for pupils and students as well. Drawing and exporting schematics in anonymous mode is available to everyone without registration and without collecting personal data. To create a user account, persons under 16 need the consent of a parent or guardian (Art. 8 GDPR); by registering you confirm that you are 16 or older or that you have such consent. A parent or guardian may at any time request access to or deletion of a child's account via the contact form.

We may update this policy; the current dated version is always published on this page.

1. Nutzungsbedingungen
1.1. Anbieter
Die Webanwendung Schematik (der „Dienst“) wird bereitgestellt von , , Steuernummer (OIB): , E-Mail: („wir“). Web: infinitech.hr · vrsho.com.
1.2. Beschreibung
Schematik ist ein Online-Werkzeug zum Zeichnen von Schemata der Haustechnik (Heizung, Sanitär, Lüftung) und Elektroinstallation. Es ermöglicht das Zeichnen, Speichern und Teilen von Schemata, den Export als SVG/PNG/JSON und – sofern für Ihr Konto freigeschaltet – einen KI-Assistenten zum Erzeugen und Prüfen von Schemata.
1.3. Annahme
Mit der Nutzung des Dienstes und der Registrierung eines Kontos akzeptieren Sie diese Bedingungen und die Datenschutzerklärung. Wenn Sie nicht einverstanden sind, nutzen Sie den Dienst bitte nicht. Für die Registrierung eines Kontos benötigen Personen unter 16 Jahren die Einwilligung eines Elternteils oder Erziehungsberechtigten (siehe 2.6).
1.4. Konto
Zum Speichern und Teilen von Projekten ist ein Konto erforderlich (Vorname, Nachname, E-Mail, Passwort). Die Angaben müssen zutreffend sein.
Sie sind für die Geheimhaltung Ihres Passworts und für alle Aktivitäten unter Ihrem Konto verantwortlich. Passwörter werden ausschließlich als kryptografische Hashes gespeichert.
Sie können Ihr Konto und alle Projekte jederzeit selbst auf der Seite Mein Profil löschen.
1.5. Ihre Inhalte
Schemata, Bezeichnungen, Texte und sonstige von Ihnen erstellte Inhalte bleiben Ihr Eigentum. Sie räumen uns eine nicht-exklusive Lizenz ein, diese Inhalte ausschließlich zur Erbringung des Dienstes zu speichern, zu verarbeiten und anzuzeigen (einschließlich der Anzeige für Dritte, wenn Sie die öffentliche Freigabe per Link aktivieren). Wir verwenden Ihre Schemata nicht zum Training von Modellen und verkaufen sie nicht.
1.6. Teilen per Link
Wenn Sie „Öffentlich über Link zugänglich“ aktivieren, kann jeder, der den Link kennt, das Schema ohne Anmeldung ansehen. Sie entscheiden, wem Sie den Link geben, und können die Freigabe jederzeit deaktivieren.
1.7. Zulässige Nutzung
Untersagt sind: unbefugter Zugriff auf fremde Konten oder Daten, Störung des Dienstes, automatisiertes Massen-Herunterladen, Einschleusen von Schadcode sowie jede rechtswidrige Nutzung. Wir dürfen Inhalte entfernen oder Konten einschränken, die gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen.
1.8. Unser geistiges Eigentum
Software, Design, Symbolbibliothek und der Name Schematik gehören uns bzw. unseren Lizenzgebern. Sie dürfen die Symbole in Ihren eigenen, mit dem Dienst erstellten Schemata verwenden; das Extrahieren der Symbolbibliothek oder des Codes zur Weitergabe oder für einen konkurrierenden Dienst ist nicht gestattet.
1.9. KI-Assistent und fachliche Verantwortung
Der KI-Assistent (basierend auf dem Modell Google Gemini) erzeugt Schemavorschläge aus Ihrer Beschreibung. Ergebnisse können fehlerhaft oder unvollständig sein. Schematik ist ein Zeichenhilfsmittel – es ersetzt weder Planer, Fachingenieur noch die Prüfung nach geltenden Normen und Vorschriften. Für Richtigkeit, Sicherheit und Konformität der Planung bleibt der Nutzer bzw. die verantwortliche Fachperson zuständig.
1.10. Verfügbarkeit und Gewährleistungsausschluss
Der Dienst wird „wie besehen“ und „wie verfügbar“ bereitgestellt. Wir bemühen uns um unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb, garantieren aber weder Verfügbarkeit noch Fehlerfreiheit oder dauerhafte Datenspeicherung. Wir empfehlen, wichtige Schemata regelmäßig zu exportieren (Export → JSON).
1.11. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig haften wir nicht für mittelbare Schäden, entgangenen Gewinn oder Datenverlust durch die Nutzung oder Nichtnutzbarkeit des Dienstes. Die Haftung nach zwingendem Recht, einschließlich Verbraucherrechten, bleibt unberührt.
1.12. Änderungen und Beendigung
Wir können den Dienst und diese Bedingungen ändern; über wesentliche Änderungen informieren wir in der Anwendung oder per E-Mail. Die weitere Nutzung nach einer Änderung gilt als Zustimmung. Sie können die Nutzung jederzeit beenden und Ihr Konto löschen.
1.13. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht der Republik Kroatien. Zuständig ist das sachlich zuständige Gericht in der Republik Kroatien; Verbraucher behalten den Schutz des zwingenden Rechts ihres Wohnsitzstaates. Verbraucher können auch die EU-Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung nutzen: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

2.3. Empfänger und Übermittlung in Drittländer
Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. (Gemini API) – nur wenn Sie den KI-Assistenten nutzen; Ihre Anfrage und der Schemainhalt werden von unserem Server an Google zur Antworterzeugung gesendet. Google kann Daten außerhalb der EU (USA) verarbeiten; die Übermittlung stützt sich auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework bzw. die Standardvertragsklauseln der Europäischen Kommission. Nach den Bedingungen der kostenpflichtigen Gemini-API-Dienste verwendet Google diese Daten nicht zum Training seiner Modelle. Mehr: ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms.

2.4. Sicherheit
Die Kommunikation ist verschlüsselt (HTTPS/TLS), Passwörter werden als Hash gespeichert (bcrypt/Argon), das Sitzungs-Cookie ist HttpOnly, Secure und SameSite, der Datenbankzugriff ist auf die Anwendung beschränkt. Der KI-API-Schlüssel verlässt den Server nie.
2.5. Ihre Rechte
Auskunft und Datenübertragbarkeit – Ihre Daten sehen Sie auf der Seite Mein Profil; jedes Schema kann im maschinenlesbaren JSON-Format exportiert werden (Export → JSON).
Berichtigung – Name und E-Mail ändern Sie selbst unter Mein Profil.
Löschung („Recht auf Vergessenwerden“) – Konto und alle Projekte löschen Sie selbst (Mein Profil → Konto löschen) oder per E-Mail-Anfrage; die Löschung erfolgt sofort, aus Sicherungskopien spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Einschränkung und Widerspruch – gegen Verarbeitung auf Grundlage berechtigten Interesses können Sie Widerspruch einlegen.
Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde – Kroatische Datenschutzbehörde (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, oder die Aufsichtsbehörde des EU-Mitgliedstaats Ihres Wohnsitzes.

2.6. Minderjährige
Schematik eignet sich auch für Schüler und Studierende. Zeichnen und Export von Schemata im anonymen Modus stehen allen ohne Registrierung und ohne Erhebung personenbezogener Daten zur Verfügung. Für die Erstellung eines Benutzerkontos benötigen Personen unter 16 Jahren die Einwilligung eines Elternteils oder Erziehungsberechtigten (Art. 8 DSGVO); mit der Registrierung bestätigen Sie, dass Sie mindestens 16 Jahre alt sind oder eine solche Einwilligung vorliegt. Eltern bzw. Erziehungsberechtigte können jederzeit über das Kontaktformular Auskunft über die Daten oder die Löschung des Kontos des Kindes verlangen.
